The EGGER Biskupiec team already consists of more than 350 people

The area of our factory is almost ready. We are in the final stage of finishing individual buildings. The hall, in which worktops will be produced, is already equipped with production lines. We have commenced the construction of a high bay warehouse, where it will be possible to store over 30,000 m3 of finished raw chip board. However, it is not the far-reaching progress of construction that makes us proud. The company is primarily human capital.  That is why we are most glad that we managed to create a team consisting of more than 350 people! However, we are not slowing down and we are still looking for more people willing to work. Ultimately, we want to employ about 400 people.

Inhabitants of the Biskupiec commune and the surrounding area follow with great interest the job offers in the EGGER factory and are willing to respond to them. We are glad that the company attracts more people motivated to work who want to build a branch in Biskupiec together with us. We are still recruiting for production positions: maintenance electrician, machine operator, junior/senior production planner, wood merchant, forklift operator.

Our values are passion for woodworking, joy in achieving perfection and respect in the broad sense of the word. Others are acting instead of speaking or stability, which allows for continuous development. Therefore, when recruiting, we look not only for employees, but also for people who share these values.

Who are our employees? Over 90% of them are inhabitants of the Bishop and the surrounding towns. Among them there are both highly qualified people and those who are just getting their first skills and experience. The whole team has undergone intensive training. Employees gain valuable knowledge, which they will be able to use in their daily work after starting production in the plant. Some of them have already visited the EGGER factories in other countries to see how we work in practice.

What can our employees count on? First of all, stable employment conditions and the possibility of development. We provide all newcomers with the necessary training and are happy to teach them new skills. Moreover, our employees can count on the friendly atmosphere of a family business.
